Justo y necesario. La habitación no es grande pero es suficientemente cómoda. Ofrecen lavadora y secadora con detergente incluido, lo que ayuda muchísimo. No hay personal a la vista. Todo trámite de check in o check out es online. En general bien. Restaurantes y mini mercados cerca. Estación de trenes cerca y en pleno barrio anime.
Lo unico que encontré fue que al desarmar el sillón para dormir, habían unos sobres de té. Ósea que por ahí no había pasado la limpieza. Pero el resto bien.

The price was good. The beds were long enough and the AC worked well.
The room was small but typical for Japan. Same with the thickness of the mattresses. At least they were not extremely thin. There is no cleaning service. Guests can wash their towels with the facility washer and dryer and take garbage bags to a garbage room. The only way to contact management is through email but they respond quickly. The fold out chair bed is for shorter people. Would not work for someone over 5'10 (1.78 meters).
