The family room was perfect for travelling with kids. Location is perfect for museums, zoo and Asakusa. Staff very helpful.
Get up early for breakfast to avoid crowds.

Hotel was in a very central location, close to different train stations, shopping and restaurants. Deluxe room was spacious and the public bath was a nice addition.
Behind the hotel, the entire street is lined with “adult entertainment”. Didn’t bother us, but may be something to consider for families with young children.

Really enjoyed the onsen. The family room was comfortable, well designed and had a beautiful view. Location across from Park Ueno was lovely and convenient to lots of the subways.
It was a little pricey.
