    Our stay was great. The staff were extremely helpful. Our Room was spacious for a family of 4. The location was great. Safe. Our kids (ages 21 & 19) were able to travel to and from the hotel.

    Room was slightly small but good enough for 2 people. Clean, modern and has enough amenities. Would prefer to have thinner blankets during the summer.

    Great location for transport as plenty of lines running through Ueno. Are behind hotel is red light district but doesn’t feel unsafe.

    hotel was a bit over price for me compared with the distance slightly away from town .,but overall acceptable and good experience
