My stay at Capsule Land Yushima had its ups and downs, but the main selling point is undoubtedly its location. Being right next to Yushima station is incredibly convenient and makes getting around the city a breeze.
The facilities were a mixed bag. While the onsen was just okay, the sauna was great and provided a nice way to relax.
However, the biggest issue for me was the overall cleanliness and smell. The entire place felt a bit messy, and there was an unpleasant odor that I noticed in the lift, on the floor, and even inside the dormitory. The smell was quite persistent and unfortunately impacted my stay negatively.
If your absolute top priority is a convenient location and you plan to use the sauna, this might work for you. Otherwise, the issues with messiness and the smell are significant drawbacks to consider.

Staff don't speak English, so very hard to communicate.
But location and price is good.
