Great location. Brand new hotel. Very clean. We got the twin room - was abit tight and narrow for walking. Apart from that great stay.

We enjoyed our stay; the hotel was close to food streets and train stations. Also, right across from Ueno Park. The room was beautiful and spacious.

This hotel is in great location with staff and onsen to match. The downsides - breakfast could be better or more selection, they had canned fruit some days and it was awful, but not the end of the world; the back entrance at night can get intimidating as we weren’t aware it’s the red light district; no gym onsite but there is one close by for a ridiculous per diem price - if anything a small free weight room and a bench would suffice, no need for treadmills or ellipticals when in Japan! But the pros definitely outweigh the cons - excellent staff, location, train access points, shopping, food, and park all within reach. We had an excellent stay 🫶🏼🇯🇵

hotel was a bit over price for me compared with the distance slightly away from town .,but overall acceptable and good experience
