Overall it is a good apartment style hotel. The only concern is for people staying in the summer time who needed AC on, AC was very noisy no matter how it was adjusted (wind speed or higher temp). So we turned off the AC at night time which is fine because there seems to have another background AC that’s keeping the room cool. Therefore, we were fine and slept super well with the black out blinds. Location is great. You will know your shortcuts as you get familiar with the area. Ginza line is our best friend and super close to the station. It you need Yamanote line, you will need to actually enter Ueno station which is not that far. lots of space to hang cloth and lots of outlets at the sofa area. Look closely.

You got a lot of facility in room. Including rental things that you can ask the staff at the counter. I love the room that they provide a washing machine and kitchen (also electromagnetic stove)

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the JR station. Ameyoko Market is also nearby, and there are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area. The room is spacious and clean, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
