    The hotel was well-located and I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and staff were efficient.

    This hotel has great location, just 5 mins away from Ginza six, Mitsukoshi, Uniqlo, and also 5 mins away from the nearest subway station. Porter service is quite hard to find, so you might have to carry your own luggage to the room. However, the hotel is quite compact so it's not too hard to bring it to the room. Room size wise, better the the Larger Guest room especially if you have a lot of lugggage and with kids, otherwise it will be hard to open the luggage with small space. The bathroom has open area of sink and no closed door that separate the bathroom and the room. The door is for the shower area and the toilet area. So if you're sharing a room with other people , this bathroom arrangement might not work. However, all in all, would recommend this hotel and we would def come back here.

    Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at AC ginza and will definitely come back again. Loved the ambience, the location, the accessibility to a quiet side of the neighbourhood and also the bustling side of it. Lots of highly rated cafes and restaurants around too!
