    I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting a business or boutique hotel based on the photos and generally as its not a very big hotel. But the hotel and the room pleasantly surprised me and my 12 yo son. The room amenities and the bathroom and the bed etc were so comfortable, high-tech and in fact we enjoyed many long relaxing baths in the bathroom (which has mood lighting and a pretty big bathtub). We will definitely be back if we come back next time.

    The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and spoke English, which made check-in and communication very easy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Ueno Station and the Skyliner train station, making travel incredibly convenient.
