KOKO HOTEL Ueno Station

Good location very near to both JR Ueno station and Keisei station, We walked to Akihabara everyday which was not so far. Lounge is very good and comfy plenty of beverages. Staffs are polite and friendly.

It would be perfect if there is a air purifier for usage, there is just build in Nanoe in the room which I don't think it's enough for people with allergies.

Location was good, staff was friendly.

Family Room intended for 3 was quite cramped for 3 people.

Staff is all friendly, item and location is very good.

Personally I feel the room is abit small but again is my own mistake to begin with. Change to another hotel due to space. So if u r 1.8m and above sharing this with another person I strongly won’t suggest. Beside that everything is really good.

Close to ueno station.

1. Room has glass door to shower room. Morning light comes through this fuzzy glass window. No blind or curtain to block this light right at the foot of the bed. 2. Staff must be instructed to gatekeep access to the free water refill station on the second floor. If you check out and ask to upstairs to get water they say NO, sorry. We even checked out early. No exceptions for this courtesy. 3. Very strong chemical perfumes spray upon entering. 4. No option for breakfast, at least if you ask if there is anything for vegans. Just quickly and currently told no The second floor has a little refrigerator where you can buy a few non-vegan items. 5. There is a kettle in the room, but absolutely no tea nor coffee.
