    The quality and functionality of the washing machine cum dryer exceeded my expectation, the detergent were provided by the hotel. This made the stay very comfortable. I literally washed my clothes and the hotel towels every day. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The pantry provided was well equipped with the basic essentials for simple cooking. The room was spacious with the dining table. The staff were friendly and helpful. It made my stay in Tokyo memorable and happy. I definitely will come back to this hotel in my next visit to Tokyo.

    Great stay. Stayed 5 nights on arrival to Tokyo, family of 4 with 2 teens. Loved the washer dryer combo, allowed us to stay on top of washing. Good amenities for cooking and eating. Loved that you could put top bunk away to create more space during the day. 30 seconds from pharmacy and 711. Close proximity to ueno station, okachimachi station and inaricho stations. All an easy flat 10 min walk. Super quiet streets, but close enough the the hustle bustle. Loved it so much we booked another 2 nights at the end of our trip, prior to departing Tokyo. Highly recommend.

    We stayed 3 nights at this Monday Apart and picked it based on location. Close to several subway and JR lines all within 10-15 minutes. We stayed at. MONday Apart premium in Kyoto and you can definitely tell the difference between the two, in terms of customer service (had to ring bell to get help, sort your own garbage, get your own towels for this hotel in Tokyo). One thing that is amiss from other hotels is the number of available amenities. They had the basic toothbrush/paste, comb, razor and laundry detergent but no moisturizer, cleansing oil, etc. The one plus of these hotels is the in suite laundry. However, the machine we had in our unit didn't dry very well and had to hang our clothes. The bathroom doesn't have a drying fan like the one in Kyoto either. This location is also showing age as there's some mould in the bathroom (not sure if they can be sprayed with mould remover) and a futon sets were stained. All in all, not bad and what's expected at the MONday establishments, with this being not a Premium hotel, it met our needs.
