it was very clean and quiet in a great location. We stayed for 5 days and it met our needs perfectly.
We didn’t seem to have a dish towel or drying rack for our dishes once washed

This was a very well appointed property, it was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Nothing really, in common with a lot of Japanese houses I have stayed ,there is little space to stack dishes for drying. But that hardly matters the key point here is this is a very nice place to stay with an exceptional level of facilities and a real sense that the host wanted to ensure that their guests had the best possible experience.

The apartment is located in a quiet street, within walking distance (10-20 mins walk depending on station) of many stations. The apartment was clean, and many of the appliances looked to be new. There is no one from the management team on site, but they were always quick to respond via message, and were very helpful.
The instructions for how to use some of the items in the flat, such as the washing machine and clothes drying fan setting in the bathroom could have been clearer, but explanations were quickly forthcoming from the apartment management team when needed
