Excellent location about 10 minutes from the train station. Compact rooms but with all necessities, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice. The onsen was a great place to relax after a big day of sightseeing. My special thanks to one of the breakfast staff who made me feel so welcome, especially as I was travelling solo. She’s a lovely person.
Nothing; all my expectations were exceeded. I hope I can return in the future.

The location was great. Super close to the train station. Very convenient to visit in and around Tokyo. Staff were also lovely.
The mattress was very uncomfortable, quite hard. The pillows were also uncomfortable, they felt like they were made out of sand. However, we slept fine given how exhausted we were. Overall good value for money considering location.
