The beds were super comfy! Staff was communicative and provided clear instructions for check in + baggage storage after checkout. It was close to the train line in a quiet area. The apartment was clean with good natural lighting. Generally really liked this place and would recommend.

1) a little small, but expected. Fine for 2 people! 2) could have been more bathroom towels per person and paper towels in kitchen 3) they told me it was self check in, but once I confirmed I arrived they came to the door and tried to enter the code to get in to talk to us. I didn’t like that because I was changing my clothes and wish they would have just texted instead

The location was good, close to the metro, the property was quiet, the apartment was modern, very clean and well appointed. The beds/linen were very comfy. Security was good. The AC kept us cool. The communication with the property managers was also excellent/helpful.

The AC in the spare room smelled, and its drainage line may need servicing. Fortunately, there was another in the main bedroom that was ample to cool the apartment. For tall people (>6’) there is a wide beam running the width of the main bedroom that necessitates they crouch entering/leaving that room (it’s obvious in the photo but I still managed to bang my head on it!). There is no iron or steamer for clothes. It would be good to provide a local map of the area with restaurants/convenience stores/metro stations mapped, to enable visitors to more quickly get their bearings.

Nothing to complain really. Will be better to have a dehumidifier inside the room.

Ｗe are located in the first floor so occasionally, you can hear the sound of car in the mid of the night or early morning. Better to have windows changed to be airtight.

Location was very convenient to multiple subway lines, easy to access via the provided door codes and near multiple food options, including some open earlier than most.

Initially locating the correct property was a little challenging, as there were no noticeable markings on the property - an image of the side and front of the building would have been helpful.
