Location and space
The linens had a musty smell. Had to rewash all of the blankets and pillow cases because they smelled so bad. There was also a load of towels left in the washer that was wet.

Very nice, clean and spacious. Love the location (kuramae) too - few mins walk to various convenience stores (Lawson, 711, daily yamazaki) and to various subway stations.
None really. The owner was super responsive and helpful - esp when we ran out of essential supplies and had trouble with the passcode. Thank you, you are awesome! 🤩

Location, cleanliness, secure, well equipped
Our unit had a dripping sound coming from one of the A/C units. Wasn’t bad enough to call the owner but could be a big issue for some

Great apartment! Clean and spacious with everything we needed. Check in and out was easy with regular contact from staff. The location was also handy, right near a station, plenty of places to eat nearby, and coffee shops (very important for many Australians!)
