Loved the location. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Would stay here again if visiting Tokyo.

We had a little bit of trouble with using the Washer/Dryer. We had never used a combination machine before and were just unfamiliar with it.

It was spacious and clean. Lots of thoughtful touches. Location was quiet but not far from subway to main attractions. Lots of little restaurants nearby. Not a super busy area with tourists so it was easy to relax after visiting busy tourist areas.

This is an apartment style accomodation rather than a hotel but the contact with the staff through the Booking.com app was amazing! They gave all of the information about accessing the apartment and how to use the luggage storage. They also received our luggage from the Yamato service and put them in our room! The room was large, immacualte, well equipped with kitchen area, microwave, electric hob, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The only place in all of Japan I've seen a dyson hairdryer too which was a Godsend! Location is great as it's a short walk in a straight line to Akihabara and the Asakusabashi station is right around the corner if you need it. As always, there's a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven nearby.

Bug spacious room. Small but you get everything you need inside.

I didn’t realised there is no lift in the building, and if you get a high floor, you either have to wait for staff to help move your luggage (need to arrange beforehand), or you have to leave your luggage in storage and wait, or brave the narrow flight of stairs. Curtains were not blockout curtains, so if you are sensitive to light, good chance you will wake up before 5am in the summer.
