Room was ok, Staff were ok, but can’t check in till 10 which is a pain, no laundry as advertised and don’t bother asking Agoda for help when you have an issue with this booking because them helping ypu is just too hard

I won't say all but on the first time no one came down to assist us. They made it that you have to call for check in. They didn't come down and we were stranded for four hours with our baby that is only seven months. Once we tried other hotels to accommodate us all hotels were full unable to help us except one hotel was able to get a hold of our current both hotels once we arrive they did not have our room ready so thank you separate rooms that were very small period there is no booking for babies under one year old period on our second time of our booking one worker would not take us saying that we are over booked of three people because of the baby period we had no problem the first time period and my baby is only 7 months old. After we kept telling her why is she giving us a problem if we had no problem prior to last visit. Never had any issues in other hotels with kids except this time. If that was a case then it wouldn't show on the listing. Also check in time is 10pm to 10am. Very un flexible if needed so make sure you know.
