We got to the hotel around 11am and we were told our room was ready and we can already check in. This was so convenient since we did not have to wait for the 4pm check in. Thank you very much to the staff!
The room was very nice and spacious; perfect for our family of 5. You get a whole floor and the receiving area was big for Tokyo standards. We were able to open 3 big suitcases at once.
Our only concern with the hotel is the location. The nearest train station was about a 10-15min walk away. There were also not a lot of convenience stores around the area. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Private floor room. One room per floor. The elevator only goes to your designed floor. Staff is Chinese but helpful, communicate via translation app. No issue. Able to deposit luggage after checkout until 6 pm.

The location not really in the central, need to walk abit far. But overall, the room was great as we can feel the Japanese vibe!
