air condiction was leaking some water to the bed. It's good to have the kitchen but it would be greater if provide cleaning house choice.

We would like come back ,We love to stay in this hotel again, Spacious inside I thought it was small because outside was not that big.Anyhow overall are good.

The good things: 1. The location is good in the Ueno area. The nearest train station is Ueno which is a major transport hub in Tokyo with access to JR lines too. Okamichi metro line is also nearby though we did not use that station as it was convenient for us just to walk to Ueno station itself. For a family of 6, the room size is not great. Its quite tight and though the lower bunk bed seems to be able to sleep 2, it is tight thus my husband and I ended up sleeping on the 2 sofa beds for 4 nights so that our kids could have more space on the beds. 2. There is a kitchenette, large dustbins. The downsides of this place are: 1. Size of room for group of 6 is too tight. 2. There's no manned Front Desk. Each time you need to look for a staff, you have to use the video call at the lobby and the volume is so loud its like everyone at the lobby can hear your conversation with them [lobby is small]. I find this quite inconvenient. 3. Too early a check-out time of 1000 h though you can request for a late check out to 1200 h by paying 2000 yen for every 30 mins. On average i think a later check-out time of 1100 or 1200 would have been more reasonable. 4. A very small self-service luggage storage space that really isn't enough to cater to needs of guests in a 13-storey hotel. We could not use this service even though we wanted to as there was no space inside the storage room. And our flight was late in the evening. Ended up camping in the lobby for a few hours watching over our bags. So if you wish to stay here, do remember to book an early flight out. 5. There's no daily housekeeping here. They do not enter your room to clean or clear your rubbish. Everything has to be left outside your door. When you request for fresh towels, they leave it hanging on your door. All in all, I would not return to this place personally but if you have a smaller group, perhaps it is good enough.
