Clean, comfortable with plenty of space for all (3 adults and 1 teen in our case) and well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds and sofas. Great location on a quiet estate with a short walk into Matlock (uphill on the way back obviously but not too bad and what do you expect in the Peak District?!) - nice views and not bady overlooked due to some smart gardening front and back. Second loo was very useful though taller travellers might find it a little tight for headroom.

Safe storage for bicycles. Car parking on drive. Clean modern house on housing estate. Quiet.

Very comfortable, like home from home, super quiet area with lovely view and only a few minutes to shops and attractions. Perfect garden if taking your furry friend.
Shower very small, however there is a bath with shower attachment.
