Lovely House . Nicely decorated . Had that comfy lived in feeling . Had everything inside it that we needed. Stunning views of pretty Matlock .
The garden clearly is an issue with the neighbouring residents . I said Hello as we looked around the garden and i recieved a curt response , they have a sign up warning of confrontation with them if you dont keep your dog on a lead , luckily we didn't have a dog but we did have two grandaughters who wanted to play outside . So it made you feel on edge as the neighbours just do not engage with this property's guests .

Well equipped kitchen
Lovely bathroom
Local pub The Sycamore was great
Quite a quirky place, difficult to get in and out and around.
Lights didn't work when coming home in the dark.
Didn't feel exceptionally clean. Bedding was unironed. Towels had a strange smell.
Couches scruffy, didn't want to sit on them.
Would recommend a little table and chairs at the front of the property to take in the views instead of a rotten old bench overlooking the outhouses.
I am quite fit and able, but to just have your morning coffee and have to climb upto the garden could be prevented by putting this in place.
