Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, very close to Matlock centre, very quiet at night
The toilet with no door in the bedroom was a bit of a surprise but we just used the toilet in the other bedroom if we wanted some privacy

House was in superb condition. Communication was outstanding. Location was perfect. Definitely recommend.
Open toilet area in the main bedroom. I don't think it was very hygienic.

Very comfortable bedrooms, sitting room. Nice kitchen. Location good for walking into the town. A lovely Victorian Park. Nice places to eat.
The very very narrow lane leading up to a very narrow entrance. The turntable for turning the car round. Hard to get all 4 wheels on. I drive a Mini countryman so not a huge car.
