Delightful House in the Heart of the Matlocks!

Perfect location, stylish decoration, free parking facilities in the area, selection of instruments, view from bath in the room, many more...house got a soul.

Busy parking over bank holiday Monday.

Lovely big house with everything you could need.

The sofa bed wasn’t great for x2 adults as it dipped in the middle and was a very thin mattress, i understand it’s difficult to ever get a super comfortable sofa bed tho.

We had to find accommodation very late at night as when we turned up at the place we originally booked, we saw it was infested with woodlice and falling apart. We found Ashley and Isabelle's place and they were incredibly helpful in taking a call so late at night (close to midnight) and sorting us out with their wonderful place. And what a find. It's a really homely house that is very uniquely designed. It even has a baby grand and a working arcade machine (we played a bit of Street Fighter!) Ashley and Isabelle organised parking for us so we didn't have to worry about parking overnight. Check in and check out was a breeze. Whilst we had originally intended to be in Curbar for climbing, we were close to Masson Quarry which is also a decent crag and still not too far from Horseshoe. Thank you Ashley and Isabelle for helping us out and rescuing my birthday climbing trip to the Peaks!

Fabulous spacious property. Quirky, eclectic and very well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Allocated parking space. Excellent position for strolling into Matlock or Matlock Bath. Loved it and will deffinately be booking up again. Many thanks to Ashley and Isabella, 5*
