The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were really attentive and helpful, and on request provided us with an iron and ironing board that we needed to iron a shirt and some clothes.
There was a pair of unclean underwear someone had dropped by mistake on the stairs. But you can't knock the place for what was most likely a guest issue. Everywhere else was really clean.

Great central location, warm, comfortable and peaceful. Our rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Towels were lovely. Will definitely return and promote.
Some paintwork needs a spruce, some items need replaced (toilet roll holder in my room, headboard and drawer had an issue).

The hotel is inexpensive and kind of basic but it is convenient for the football stadium and fine for what was required.
