Great room with hot water, enough snacks and tea bags, also provided with a bowl to use.
But too many staircases, not convenient for big luggages especially when traveling with elder parents.

Lock Chambers was fantastic. Everything was perfect but Agoda was a total letdown. When we arrived late at the accommodation, reception was already closed and we couldn't get in as you need a code to enter the premises and another code to open our room. Agoda never instructed us to email the owner with regards to this. An email with this info was supposed to be sent to us if we had booked with Expedia directly (the original booking agent) but unfortunately Agoda was unable to send this same email to us. We would have been stranded overnight if my sister did not get a local mobile sim card as we had to call the owner. Agoda, why did you not relay us this info?

had a short stay here, room was comfortable and toilet was spacious.
be mindful if you have a heavy bag, flight of stairs to climb up to reach your room.
location is great, right smack in town center.

We did not enjoy our stay. We got no details regarding getting into our Airbnb before arriving . Once we arrived the only way to contact anyone was to use a number that was posted on the door. The person that answered was quite rude and even hung up on me before answering all of my questions. The room was very small for the price, but is in a central location to visit Loch Ness.
