Convenient 2-Bed by Victoria Station and Sloane Square Station with balcony, Designer's Flat

The location is great, not far from the Victoria station and in a quiet area. The kitchen brought joy to my family. Two bedroom are great, considering many apartments only have one bedroom and a sofa bed.

A bit dusty when we came. The green bath towel was heavily shedding.

Clean, convenient location and good communication with property owners.

Very beautiful apartment, clean and ideally located. The host and the staff are absolutely wonderful and very attentive! The only downside was the previous guests we happened to meet, who behaved very poorly with the staff and left the apartment in a terrible state just before our arrival. Fortunately, Liz and her colleagues did an outstanding job getting everything back in order quickly. Many thanks to them!

Nothing ! We had asked in advance if, since we were arriving early, we could leave our luggage. Liz kindly told us that we could drop off our bags, but that the apartment would need to be cleaned before we could enter. It was very thoughtful of her. When we arrived, however, the previous guests had not respected the check-out time, and we had to wait about 20 minutes. When they finally left, we entered the apartment with the staff and were shocked by the state they had left it in — incredibly dirty. I want to emphasize that Liz and her colleagues did everything they could to restore the apartment quickly. Thanks to their hard work, we were ultimately able to enjoy a beautiful, spotless apartment, perfectly ready for our stay.
