Overall: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay at Sloan Smart Stay Suites again. The location was excellent for our visit to the Chelsea Flower Show, and it worked very well for our group of three couples. Excellent location with easy access to Chelsea, restaurants, shops and transit. Comfortable, albeit small, well-appointed suites. Convenient laundry facilities on each floor. Responsive communication from the hosts.

The street can be noisy, particularly if windows are left open. No air conditioning, which meant opening windows at night. Our friends in a basement suite were less comfortable doing so. The address description is confusing, the location is 31 Draycott Avenue. Our suite was missing a coffee maker and had a couple of burned-out light bulbs. Although these were minor issues and we received a prompt response indicating someone would attend to them, however no one arrived during our 3-day stay. I hope they got there before the next guests!

Clean and newly refurbished

My room was below street level and next to the rubbish bins, which seemed to lead to banging doors at all hours
