Spacious. 9/10 Good kitchen and amenities 8/10 Great location. 9/10 Easy check-in

Not very clean. 5/10. Carpet had stains UnComfortable beds. 7/10

Good Location, walking distance to main area for dining etc. Very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we did not see any staff but that was fine as it was an apartment. We would stay there again

We were told it had a TV but there was no TV but that wasn't a big deal.

Appartment was comfy, clean with all needed amenities. It has 2 bathrooms.

It seems like in some parts there is mold and wall in one room was weirdly cracked like actually hollow

La posizione in un quartiere a westminster con la metro vicino a 5 minuti a piedi. Ascensore utile, terzo piano quindi tranquilli. Casa abbastanza moderna e 2 bagni. Ma 1 solo andava

All'arrivo non sapevo come accedere alla camera perchè non mi era stato fornito il numero della stanza e quindi non potevo prendere le chiavi. Avevamo 2 bagni, 1 dei due non andava in quanto appena arrivati l'acqua non scendeva e si bloccava, sia in doccia che lavandino. Non c'era la tv, che è un servizio che andrebbe inserito Padelle per cucinare assenti, andrebbero inserite La moquette era molto sporca, andrebbe pulita o rimossa La porta di ingresso andrebbe cambiata, un sistema di ingresso in casa di bassissima qualitá e scomodissimo, veramente fastidioso. Infine l'acqua che era poca, ovvero se io mi facevo la doccia e uno si doveva lavare le mani o usare il gabinetto, mancava l'acqua o a me o all'altro.
