Location is amazing and exactly what we needed for a festival in Hyde Park. It’s super close to lots of restaurants and bars and the tube station.

The property is quite tired. The carpet on the way in smells pretty badly. There also isn’t much in the way of crockery (only one wine glass and a handful or other odd bits). The single cot in the lounge was very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. Although one other sofa bed was comfortable I’m told. Overall, great location and did what we needed it to do but if you want somewhere to spend time in (and not just a base) it’s probably not the one.
