Superb flat near Victoria station

The property location is exactly as it states. It’s a short walk to the Victoria station and has a number of pubs, supermarkets and other stores close by if needed. The Victoria location is also a short walk to Buckingham Palace and central for getting around on the Underground. The place had enough space for the three of us (sleeping separately) though the third had to use either a day bed in the hall way of the sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen room out front. The property managers were very accommodating and easy to talk with (both via message and also once by phone before we had arrived).

Given it was a basement flat the bathroom ventilation wasn’t the best and as a result there was some mold and mildew. I expect this to be normal and we didn’t feel like the place hadn’t been cleaned. There was also some noise as the neighbours are renovating which meant that from about 7am there was banging. Again I’m sure this isn’t something that always happens, just a timing thing for us.

Clean, comfy and spacious! Absolutely loved the bathroom the shower was huge! Very quiet area!

Location is excellent! Walking distance to Victoria train station, Victoria coach (bus) station (for guided bus tours) and Victoria theater. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Beautiful bathroom/shower. Well equipped kitchen/living area. Clean comfortable primary room with spacious closet -Storage area. Appreciated the washer/dryer once we figured out how to unlock the door. Quiet neighborhood.

Fans would have been helpful in the bedrooms and hallway during June heatwave. Even better if AC.

Location

Beds not comfortable. One of the ‘beds’ was in the hallway (not as described), it was a sofa with 2 thin mattresses on it. The supplied fitted sheets wouldn’t fit. Hard to comprehend why that bed wasn’t made up given the other beds were. Carpet very dirty. Shower dirty / mouldy in the corner. Not enough bowls or cutlery for our party.
