Cattivo odore di fogna che entra dalla finestra, trovandosi in un seminterrato. Materasso in memory che pende da una parte, andrebbe voltato. Nel corridoio di accesso all'appartamento c'è una specie di lavanderia per il palazzo, dove a tutte le ore fino a tarda sera ci sono persone che lavorano e asciugano lenzuola e asciugamani utilizzando stufette, anche quando fuori ci sono 35 gradi. Questo fa sì che l'appartamento risulti piuttosto caldo nel soggiorno. La doccia è praticamente impossibile perché piove dal soffitto direttamente, e il getto schizza da tutte le parti senza permettere per esempio di lavarsi i capelli. Andrebbero lasciate delle istruzioni per l'uso del microonde e della cucina, per fortuna che esiste ChatGPT! Infine la maniglia del bagno è ancora rotta come segnalavano altre recensioni precedenti.

Location very convenient. Apartment is shielded from road noise opposite beautiful garden. Bedroom of good size with separate lounge and kitchen.

Apartment 1A is in the basement and a bit dark as a result. Shower needs a proper curtain or door installed as the whole bathroom gets flooded everytime you take a shower. Be careful with tiles on shower floor as they are extremely slippery. Extra light on top of basin would be appreciated. TV set was not connected to free-to-air channels.
