The location was amazing and although the apartment was very small, it had everything you could possibly need. The reception staff were amazing helpful and the apartment was private quite in a beautiful street. We had our own private courtyard and a very comfortable bed. This apartment was perfect for us and steps only to great eateries bars shops. Thank you
Having to walk to the hotel to pick up keys with heavy bags. Much easier to have a key code access on the accomodation for easy access.

The location was excellent. The reception staff were super helpful both for check in and for check out, and it was hugely appreciated, having somewhere safe to leave our luggage after check out, as our flight home was an evening one. Also worth mentioning, beds were very comfy.
I found the division of the 2 bed apartment a bit awkward, needing to unlock the 2 doors.

Excellent location, short walk to Victoria station, served by buses from the west end which was perfect for us. Great air con unit in the room, perfect as we stayed over the heatwave.
Shared bathroom, whilst it was clean it was in need of a lick of paint and some tlc. We did not use the kitchen etc but the fridge was handy for water.
