Welcome to our South Belgravia home!
A stylish, light and airy 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment in the heart of South Belgravia — sleeping up to 12 across 3 double beds and 3 double-size fold-out sofa beds. The apartment sits on the lower-ground level of a beautiful period building and has its own private front-door entrance, so you come and go independently with no shared building access.
The interior has been thoughtfully finished with parquet flooring throughout, a marble bathroom, a fully-equipped Bosch designer kitchen, smart TV, underfloor heating with additional portable heaters.
Comfortable and modern without losing the character of the building. Ideal for larger families, friends travelling together and corporate groups who want the prestige of a Belgravia address at a sensible price-per-head.
A few honest notes before you book.
This is a lower-ground apartment — genuinely bright and well-finished, but the level should be expected. The bedrooms are comfortable but compact rather than spacious, best appreciated by groups happy to share a well-designed home rather than expecting hotel-style proportions. One of the four bedrooms has no window (fully ventilated and legally compliant, best suited to the lightest sleeper or as a children's room), and two of the bedrooms are en-suite.
We host in English, German and Chinese, and where possible we'll meet you in person on arrival — please give us 30 minutes' notice — to walk you through the apartment and share our personal Belgravia recommendations.

We had a lovely stay! The layout is slightly unusual but the kitchen was spacious and the bedrooms were comfortable. Communication with the host was good and he kindly let us check in early. The location was excellent - near Victoria and lots of cafes and restaurants. The building was on a beautiful square although the apartment is in the basement. We would highly recommend this place to stay in London and hopefully we will be able to come back one day.

Great spot close to Victoria station which connects you to everything to see and do in London. The neighborhood is quiet with grocery stores, pubs and restaurants in close walking distance after a long day of site seeing.
We had 2 families and 3 generations stay here and it was perfect!

Sheets were too small for the beds : they moved and we had to sleep partly directly on the mattress. One large sheet was missing for the sofa. The pans are too small for cooking for 8 people. At our arrival, there was no heat in the accommodation and it was freezing : I contacted the house keeper by phone : no answer. I contacted Victor by mail, and had a short answer, more than 24h later, not really explaining things : no explaining manual left in the apparement. A shower and a sink were half clogged Everything is a little rag tag in this place. But we had plenty of space, good location and everything was clean.
