Very good price for Mayfair (only in low season… crazy high rates during summer!…). Very cozy, large and comfortable apartment. Clean and well maintained. Much higher standards than the average London rentals. Owners are quickly responsive on the app. Secured parking at a reasonable rate (for London!) at the Sheraton Car Park 1 minute walk from the apartment.
Usual negative points for central London: noisy neighborhood because of downstairs pubs overloaded with loud beer 🍺 drinkers… Also, third floor without elevator but only an issue on first and last day if you have heavy luggage (well mentioned by the owners when you book, and they offer the opportunity to cancel if you don’t feel confident with the climb with luggage). But globally very good stay in a very cozy apartment.

A real mixed bag. Amazing location in Mayfair, looking out onto Shepherd's Market, which is also it's key weakness: there is a lot of noise from the 3 nearby pubs until 11:30pm-ish, then delivery vans and garbage trucks from 5am onwards. So pack your earplugs!
The apartment was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable, but very run down.
On balance we would stay again.
