The Belgrave Residences

The Belgrave Residence was spacious, clean, and well appointed and an excellent location, close to Victoria Station. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc.

Checking in was a pain as the phone number we were given didn’t work (What’s app?). We were not given the exact address, just the street and postal code. Trying to check in on our phone was long and complicated and failed more than three times before it finally work, and we got the real address. This was with all our luggage and 30+C degrees. It took about an hour and a half to get the door code, which brought us into the foyer. Upstairs we tried several times to get the door code to work. It was tricky, you had to hold or stroke the screen to activate it and it only worked after several attempts, and we practiced every time we left the rooms to make sure we could get back in (stressful).

Ļoti laba atrašānās vieta - ļoti tuvu Viktorijas stacijai un metro stacijai. Ļoti klusa vieta. Var ar ar kājām aiziet uz Hyde park un Buckingham palace.

Très bel emplacement. Appartement grand et bien équipé. Appartement lumineux

Lit inconfortable . Propreté limite. Beaucoup de poussière sous les meubles. Voisins bruyants lors de notre séjour

Location perfect in Westminster. Close to railway station and tourist areas.

Our original apartment we booked was changed as it had a "leak". They "upgraded" us to the loft apartment about 4 floors up. We werent notified beforehand and being 65+ it was too much to take our bags that far up. We were offered other options after I queried it but having to get the bags down and relocate to another area was difficult. As it was the upgrade had another narrow set of stairs to the bedroom so we were unable to get our bags up. The carpet on the floor was wearing so became very slippery to navigate safely. The bathroom shower in the ensuite couldn't be turned up much as it risked flooding onto the floor so we had to use the other shower downstairs. Also the bath plug area wouldn't seal so a bath was out of the question. The drawers and cupboard doors were not aligned so hard to use in the kitchen. Overall not happy with our accommodation and left wondering if the apartment we originally booked was better and lower!
