Great location, clean and good communication from the staff. There wasn’t enough towels for all guests when we came but the host was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly which was great! Also there were useful things like washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and coffee etc
Only thing is some guests found the back room was a bit noisy from trains but this is to be expected due to being located so close to Victoria station

La ubicación junto a la estación de tren y autobuses de Victoria es excepcional pero, si eres una persona que no soportas ruidos, esta cercanía a las vías de los trenes tiene sus desventajas. Para nosotros de 10. La zona del Big-Ben, parlamento y palacio de Buckingham a un paseo de 10 minutos desde el apartamento, un lujo.
Ideal para 4 o 5 personas, una cama en el salón un poco incomoda para el paso del resto de los huéspedes pero, aceptable.

W holu niemiły zapach. Lokal był wychłodzony w chwili przyjścia, dopiero wieczorem udało nam się go ogrzać.
