The accommodation itself is very convenient: spacious bedrooms, seperate living room, close to public transport to go to the city center etc.
The check in procedure was horribls and turned into a bad experience. I do not blame tthe owner of the appartment as ithe appartment is great! In the early morning of the check in, II got a message from a computer of Primo Puano, that our details like passport numbers were incorrect. I completed rhe data a week before and after rechecking it appeared the insered data were correct. Nobody could answer my question what data was inserted incorrectly ie no personal assistance even after requesting to give me a call to discuss. Dear owner, please consiider your selection of an intermediary; clients first!

Hat alles super geklappt, obwohl wir nie hemanden von der Wohnung gesehen haben. Gute Wohnung, ca 20min (mit dem Bus) vom Bahnhof entfernt.
