Vila Ella Mavrovo

Excellent accommodation and exceptional value for money. The apartment is modern, very clean and clearly well maintained. The highlight is the balcony view, which looks directly across Lake Mavrovo towards the mountains beyond. You can also see the beautiful new St Nicholas Church, and it’s only a short walk to the remains of its submerged predecessor on the lakeshore. Mavrovo is a great base for exploring the national park. During our stay we visited the Bigorski Monastery and Duf Waterfall, both close together within an hours driving. There are good restaurants nearby, including one just a short walk from the apartment where we enjoyed excellent local food with stunning views. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and a relaxing place to return to after a day exploring. We were travelling as a family with two children and it worked perfectly for us. Overall, an excellent stay and one we would happily recommend to anyone visiting Mavrovo.

Book this now!! You won’t regret it.. it was a whole apartment with all the amenities you could think off.. whole kitchen, kitchen accessories, big spacious living room, we have a 10 month old who likes to crawl - perfect score from him 10/10. It was super clean. Nothing bad to say.
