Nice and comfortable apartment just across the Mavrovski merak restaurant and the lake.

The host Cece waited for us even though we arrived very late and gave us the keys and all advices what to visit next day.

Passable

Cozy mountain house on 2 floors, 6 people can be placed without a problem on the upper floor. There is a yard with beautiful wooden benches and a nice view of the lake. The nearest restaurant is just across the road, 100 meters away.

It is not the cleanest place. Dishes were dirty, there were not any towels when we arrived, and only one roll of toilet paper left, for 5 people. When you are renting a home for 85eu per night at least you can invest in toiletiers. Also, every door in the house squeaks, it is almost impossible to open a door without waking somebody up.

Great location with a magnificent view of the lake and the church. Nice terrace with bench and swing. Right opposite the accomodation there are very good restaurants. Small kitchenette with fridge.

The whole place was stinking of cigarettes smell. The double bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress should have been changed a long time ago! The sheets also smelled of cigarettes and were very old. The bathroom was shoddy.

Scammed

Absolutely nothing!

The owner gave us other apartment, she scammed us and charged us the sam amount. The apartment she gave us was dirty and cold, she made up a story how she will give us the same apartment but in different location… Total scam and regret coming in Mavrovo!!

Saying all that we would recommend the villa to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the villa with a beautiful view of the Mavrovo Lake. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the ski slopes and beautiful restaurants near the villa. Very friendly and attentive staff. Not a criticism, my feedback is that you should clear the snow on the slope leading to the villa and also the yard in front of the front door.

The villa didn't have a wardrobe, so the clothes had to be left on the bed. Even though the villa has a fireplace, it's good to have one panel or air conditioner.

The spectacular views, the quietness of the surroundings, the cosyness of the home and most of all the super friendly and helpful staff.

Location was great, the view is perfect.

The house would need a thorough clean up from top to bottom. I guess we were the first guests after a long time. The place smelled like cigarettes, refrigerator smelled horrible, sheets were torn and not suitable for the beds they were used for. The house has beautiful big windows, but they were really dirty.

Best terrace in Mavrovo

Amazing view from a huge terrace overlooking the lake. Wonderful hosts, willing to offer help and make your stay special. Looking forward going back there soon!

Overpriced accomodation in a noisy location.

Nice view of the lake

Villa stank of smoke. Cutlery/crockery broken/damaged. Very noisy at night (restaurant and road). Host decided to start construction of a pool while we were staying there.

Nice view, low cleanliness.

Lovely patio with a great view of the lake and a beautiful swing. Nicely fully equipped kitchen and a TV with various channels. Comfortable beds, medium sized bedrooms, clean towels for every person.

Dusty and not clean at all, the place is in need of a serious deep clean, the bathroom especially. The heating is being regulated through a wood stove. It was 3°C and the hosts only gave us two wooden logs for the whole night. In addition, the hosts were not really friendly, even a little bit rude.

Ok se non fa freddo.

Posizione ottima per lago Mavrovo, vista carina ma ostruita dalle piante.

Assenza del riscaldamento, solo una stufa a legna; questo ha reso l’aria ricca di fumo ogni volta che si aggiungeva un legno. Lenta da scaldare tutta la casa, sopratutto le camere sopra. Impossibile avere del buio con le finestre. Non facile da trovare. Cucina inutilizzabile. Bagno mediocre.

De douche werd of heel heet of koud en het werd nat in de hele badkamer wanneer je ging douchen Het was niet echt goed schoon De keuken lag vol met oude apparaten die niet echt te gebruiken waren Het zwembad was koud en ook niet echt schoon, dus helaas konden wij daar geen gebruik van maken De foto's zagen er beter uit dan de realiteit

Gezellig vakantiehuis met zwembadje en groot terras, vlakbij brasserie en het meer.

Alles aanwezig voor een leuke gezinsvakantie. Groot terras met gezellig zwembadje. Binnen is het kleiner, maar door het goede weer zaten we meestal buiten.

Voor ons was alles prima en als er iets is dat ontbreekt mag je die altijd bij de eigenares vragen die naast het huisje woont.
