Worth everything!!

The property is located perfectly near everything you may need. The skis are only 3-5 min away by foot or 1-3 min by car. There is a restaurant nearby very nice one, there are markets but you have to take the car to go there but no problem at all. There are a lot of facilities in the villa you may need. The villa was warm and cosy m, you can take a lot of photos there, it was a good sightseeing. TV had smart package and you can watch Netflix, Youtube etc. The guy who welcomed us was a great man and waited for us after the check in hours. If you may need something in the villa just contact him. We were 3 friends and was very great but it may have capacity for 4 people. Highly recommended from us. Me personally will be back but it is just a matter of time. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Meh but for the price I guess fine

Location, nice view.

Dust, spiderwebs. The entrance to the apartment looks like an entrance to a shed, not the greatest first impression to see the owner's old socks into working shoes and old armchairs. Non-existent shower which was just a shower head sticking out of the wall next to the toilet without any curtain, let alone borders or a shelf to put soap products (pictures of the bathroom was not even posted on here, the photos posted are of another shower at another apartment). Spice jars as well as other things like coffee and oil just had some very old leftovers, nothing had been refilled. The kitchen faucet sprays all over you as you're washing dishes. Only one towel per person – so you're expected to wipe your hands and then shower with the same towel (if you even dare to shower because the lack of borders will make the whole bathroom wet and no one will be able to visit the toilet afterwards). The bedroom upstairs has a huge glass window almost the size of the wall which is seen from downstairs. The other "bedroom" does not have anything separating it from other spaces – only a door against the previously mentioned room. And when you go up the stairs you basically end up in this "bedroom". So in both rooms it is essentially impossible to even change without being seen. Which is very uncomfortable if you're staying with people that are not as close. We had to change standing in the door between the "doors" as it was the only place we would not be seen from downstairs. Barely any privacy. The pull apart couch in the living room is very uncomfortable for sleeping. The storage room was also a mess, filled with old carpets and some electronics. The stairs were also super steep and WITHOUT a railing, uncomfortable and inaccessible – guests with mobility issues would not be able to get up there.

Cosy appartment close to the trails

Very cosy appartment with free parking outside. The garden is very lovely. Walking distance from the trails that start at the ski resort + close to the famous church. The host was very kind. I recommand staying here when you visit Mavrovo!

Payment is in cash only, this was not mentioned during the booking and is a general problem in Macedonia. I don't usually pay in cash when I book with Booking.com, cards payments are expected in 2025.

Cozy stay

Everything was neat, cozy, classy and clean. We had a great time. Wooden style was mixed up with modern and comfortable relais. Staff was caring and ready to support us. We couldn't expect more from this staying

Run down apartment with some nifty gadgets

Unit 2 needs quite a bit of maintenance. Very small bedroom. No washing machine and parking on the side of the road

“Overall, we were satisfied and had a good experience. No major problems – just a few minor details.

- a really nice and cozy apartment - such a beautiful terrace with magical views and surroundings - near to a restaurant and the lake - on-street parking - no problem - the owner answered all my questions immediately ( but I needed to ask because I was giving a little bit of information)

-a quite poor communication(maybe because of English?) , firstly we weren’t able to find the apartment because the entrance is from the back of the house ( and nobody had told me) so I needed to write the owner to come. -The bathroom was not as good as it could have been. It looked nice, but the shower didn’t even have curtains – just a shower in the corner of the bathroom. -The TV wasn’t working. After I contacted the owner, I was told that the old one had been damaged and the new one would arrive after our stay. ( no one had informed me)

Great location and value for money

Location is ideal, 1km from ski lifts, right across the road from a restaurant. Nice views of the lake..parking on the side of the main road that's cleared from snow. Quality furnished from the inside. Communication with owner very pleasant and efficient, quickly resolved issues we encountered like a defective hairdryer (replaced immediately) and when we had issue with the new doorhandle (seems like all 3 apartments were being still under construction recently) that was not yet mounted properly, we were moved to next door appartment.

The larger apartment that we actually booked (priced same as small one) turned out not available on arrival due to being under construction/redecoration. We didn't need the extra space as replacement apartments were plenty spacious but still ideally should have not been made available on the site..

the appartment was not yet finished, poor communication with the owner, overall bad quality of a super new appartment - many bugs in the finish: balcony without full railing, bathroom with gaps of beton, lamps not working, table cheap and wobbly, … some furniture still had the price tag on it, …

Great apartment with beautiful view

Spacious apartment for a small family! It is loft style and there is one queen bed and a sofa bed upstairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a normal meal and there are plenty of linens and extra blankets. Checkin was fairly simple and the space was overall very private. Location is excellent and within close proximity of a couple of restaurants and the lake just below.

Superb

It is a very cozy apartment near good restaurants and the submerged church st. Nikola. There is a fantastic view of the Mavrovo lake. The yard is spacious and well taken care of. The owner is very polite and wants his guests to feel comfortable. I highy recommend this place!

It is not the fault of the owners, I guess but it had a terrible cigarette smell supposedly because of the previous guests.

Beautiful area and super friendly host family!

It’s a little house next to the super friendly host family, beautiful view to the lake. Very nice living and kitchen area and dog friendly! It’s in the near of restaurants, markets and the old church. We’ll definitely come again!

Eramos 6 personas y 4 de ellas tuvieron que dormir en sofas camas que no eran precisamente cómodos, además tampoco parecían estar muy limpios. Es verdad que con el precio que piden tampoco se puede pedir mucho más
