Apartment Suzana

Easy to find and wonderfully calm and peaceful - though that may have been partly because we visited in August, outside the ski season. The food was really tasty and enjoyable. The apartment itself was quite spacious, with plenty of room for the two of us and our large suitcases. The surrounding nature was lovely too, with pretty flowers and bugs adding to the charm.

The air conditioner developed a leak and kept dripping even when switched off, which disturbed our sleep. Getting to the apartment involves climbing a fairly steep set of stairs, which was tricky with large suitcases. There are also some begging cats around - a bit annoying at meal times, though honestly kind of endearing to watch too. Food service took a little while, likely because one person was handling both cooking and serving. Lastly, the shower wasn't very comfortable for taller guests.

The LOCATION was the PERFECT base for exploring the area. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and personal welcome. The hosts Suzana and Mona went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and made us feel truly welcome. Our children absolutely loved staying here. The APARTMENT was spacious, COMFORTABLE, and had everything we needed. If there was anything else we wanted, we only had to ask, and it was happily provided. The BREAKFAST was OUTSTANDING, freshly prepared, and very personal. We could ask for anything we wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. We also had dinner twice at the restaurant/bistro, and both MEALS were EXCELLENT. The food was delicious, and the value for money was exceptional. What made our stay truly special was the genuine hospitality and kindness of the hosts. We highly recommend this place and would gladly return.

Suzana was an excellent host, very charming and welcoming. Her guest house is well maintained and in a lovely environment. We wished we had stayed more nights. Delicious dinner.

We were greeted by Suzana. She offered us tea upon arrival. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony.

Kitchen wasn’t equipped. But Suzana gave us a few places, a pot and cutlery. Unfortunately, the bad was not comfortable (to separate mattresses - the left one is very soft and you can feel the springs. That’s why my sleep wasn’t comfortable. There was some problems with a hot water. It was no hot water in the morning, so we weren’t able to take a shower, unfortunately (boiler was turned on).
