Not the best stay.

Good location

In the room that we were staying there was no air conditioning too hot in the apartment ,and there was mold on the roof from the rain that was entering and there was a bad smell. Not the best place for the price.

The place is worth every single penny.

The place was good and comfortable. You can see the Mavrovo beautiful lake view. The owner was nice and he responded to every one of our needs kindly. The place has also a coffee machine which works 24/7 and you can drink whatever you want. I will definitely visit again.

The fridge wasn't working. Sometimes people are too loud in the other rooms or hallways. They wake you up.

Great place for a short stay!

The property is fairly new and it was quite easy to find. The host was extremely kind, she greeted us immediately upon our arrival and guided us to the second floor. We had a one bedroom apartment with amazing view of Lake Mavrovo, massive TV screen with Netflix and Youtube, well preserved furniture and small fridge for your essentials. The whole apartment had a wooden theme going around, so you feel like you are part of the village. The Wi-Fi has great connection and is available throughout the whole property. There was no breakfast in the offer, but there is a spacious restaurant just below the villa with closed eating space and open patio as a summer terrace. We had heating, which was a big plus, since the evenings and nights in Mavrovo are chilly, even in June. The rooms are close to each other (4 in total on the second floor) but they are soundproof and we had no issues whatsoever with the other guests. I highly recommend this accomodation for a short stay (like a night or two) since it's close to all restaurants and ski centers in the winter season.

There is a lot of room for improvement for this accommodation. The main thing is probably the management with the water drainage. There is no physical barrier between the bathroom door and the rest of the apartment (such as marble/concrete/granite tile threshold), so after every shower the rest of the apartment floods. That's not a big of an issue for the guests, but on the long run, the laminate flooring in the bedroom can be easily damaged and can get moldy, which can be an expense for the owners. Additionally there is no wardrobe, only a small hanger for your coats and/or shirts. Again, this is easily solvable for a weekend, but might present an issue for a longer stay. Either way, I'd recommend this since it's new, modern, there is no fuss and the owners are kind and understanding people.

Bad

Location was not good nor bad, as we had a car to move around.

There were ants all over the bathroom and even dead ones in the beds. There was a thin white curtain, so at 6 am the light went through it. Same thing as if there were no curtains. There was a kid right next to our room who woudn't stop crying and screaming since 7:00. When we had to leave, the host had no idea of how the amount we had to pay as he couldn't find our booking in his book and he didn't understand english either. The price is extremely high compares to the value of the hotel.

Regular pero no es mala opción.

Tenia unas vistas espectaculares y la habitacion estaba bien decorada y la television tenia Netflix

Al llegar habia una mujer mayor que no sabia hablar ni ingles ni frances ni español solo hablaba macedonio. Teniamos 4000mkd y la habitacion costaba 3400 , y despues de un largo rato nos entendimos y quedamos en que le de 3100, y mas tarde le de los 300 restantantes , despues de 5 minutos toca la puerta de nuestra habitación y nos dice q ya tiene cambio , le damos 1000 mas y nos devuelve 600 , y le digo que ya te habia dado 100 me debes 700 ahora . No entendio nada y llamo a otra persona q sabia decir algunas palabras en ingles , y no nos entendio, ante la frustración y que queriamos salir ya a visitar el lugar le dije que ya esta no pasa nada, porque era imposible comunicarme con la señora . Luego habitación olia un pc a cerrado pero nada fuera de lo normal , aunque un ambientador no vendria mal. El resto bien.

MUY BIEN

Pues el apartamento es pequeño, pero muy acogedor. Está ubicado en un entorno maravilloso, rodeado de naturaleza. Cuando llegamos estaba lloviendo, y con lo calentito que se estaba y la lluvia, hizo nuestra estancia muy muy agradable. Te reciben con un cafecito turco y un dulce. La cama es muy cómoda y grande.

El suelo resbala mucho, sobre todo al salir del baño con los pies húmedos. Cuidado !!!!!

Personal estupendo y alojamiento bastante decente

La ubicación aunque las vistas al lago son escasas. La señora que está allí es súper amable y se esfuerza muchísimo porque estés cómodo.

Poco cuidado en arreglos pero después de una semana viajando por toda Macedonia es algo que es bastante común. Realmente calidad precio está bastante bien ya que ya que se encuentra en una zona bastante cara.
