The apartment was quite large (sep. bedroom) and very well equipped. No toiletries. The location was phantastic in a side street from the Grand Place - centre - and close to all points for visiting.
The apartment was managed by a local agency - which seemed a bit inflexible. The security deposit was actually a steep and mandatory Euro 500 - not Euro 250 as advertised - and handled by a complicated Third Party (Bonding) agency. The hosts also presented an elaborate schedule of fines and penalties if one did not follow the elaborate hose rules incl. some ridiculous garbage directions ... all a bit over the top.

An excellent location for exploring. Close to a train station, supermarket and cafes.
The long narrow flight of 24 stairs to access the apartment was a challenge, especially with luggage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr chic und großzügig gestaltet mit einem großen Wohn-Essbereich, top ausgestattet, z.B. Spülmaschine u.v.m. Wirkt alles ziemlich neu, top sauber. Sehr gut ist, dass das Schlafzimmer zur ruhigen Hinterhofseite gelegen ist. Die Gegend absolut zentral, viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, insbesondere viele nette Cafés zum frühstücken in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Galerie St. Hubert um die Ecke, Metro-Station "Gare Central" ganz nah.
Eine warme Decke für das Sofa wäre schön.
