Location was ok but inside the street with some weird ladies standing on the way

Behaviour of host was not good, not getting response from him. He had shared keys details 30 mins after declared check in time, he was rude on phone and not even answering the calls.

Avoid avoid avoid. They took my money . No instructions how to get to the property. Zero communication and not answering the phone number they provided as a contact.

Please make sure no one else will experience what I did. Travelling on my own to the city I don’t know my first visit in Brussels. It was so stressful outsourcing another accommodation. I hope you will assist me to get my money back for this scam.

Perfectly fine for a few days in Brussels

I appreciated the short distance to the next Metro station. The host was very responsive. I needed a hairdryer, and he left it in front of the door within minutes. That said, the accommodation was perfectly fine for a few days. Generally, there is all you need in the apartment.

If you like sunlight, this accommodation is not for you. I didn't mind because I was out and about for most of the day. In addition, there tends to be a lot of talk in the open air late at night. I also didn't mind much, as I had ear plugs. The accommodation is very small, almost a bit cramped. I was thinking a stay for 2 for a longer time would be a challenge. I did wonder why the large clock was not working...

Le studio est parfaitement situé pour visiter cette capitale européene.

Les clés étaient bien à leur place, le studio correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Il ne manquait rien et propre. Le quartier est animé mais le studio est bien situé car à l'opposé de la rue, donc parfaites nuits.

Le manque d'ensoleillement car il est situé au fond de l'immeuble et les 3 fenêtres donnent sur un patio. Ce patio est entouré de passerelle d'accès à d'autre appartements avec les lumières allumées en permanence aussi la nuit c'est un puits de lumière. Mais il y a des rideaux qui permettent d'atténuer mais sans obscurcir.

L’appartamento era in una specie di “cantina” fornita di finestre su un piccolo cortile non accessibile perché transennato e con secchi della spazzatura che puzzavano durante il giorno per via del caldo all’esterno. Essendo la stanza al piano 0 del palazzo era molto fresca allo stesso tempo molto umida e senza possibilità di deumidificare l’aria. Stanza abbastanza pulita ma impolverata e con qualche insetto per via dell’umidità. Ogni sera stendersi sul letto bagnato dall’umidità era abbastanza fastidioso. Peccato, per il resto carina.

Piso pequeño y encantador cerca de Estación Norte de Bruselas

La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones del piso son nuevas y todo funciona perfecto. Tienen plancha de ropa, no lo pone, fue una buena sorpresa. Todo estaba muy limpio.

La puerta de entrada es una puerta de habitación y tiene una muy mala cerradura. No es una puerta de casa o piso. No ofrece nada de seguridad, eso me sorprendió negativamente. Las ventanas cierran si tienes mucha fuerza, sino la del baño y cocina quedan abiertas. Les cuesta encastrar.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό όπως στην φωτογραφία σε κεντρικό σημείο

Πριν φτάσουμε στο κατάλυμα καλούσαμε το τηλέφωνο και στέλναμε μηνύματα και υπήρξε καθυστέρηση στην επικοινωνία και αυτό μας δημιούργησε μια ανησυχία. Αλλά μετά πήγαμε εκεί και όντως όλα ήταν όπως στην φωτογραφία και καθαρά. Και ο υπεύθυνος εξυπηρετικός. Μας ζήτησε συγνώμη γιατί δεν ξέρει να χρησιμοποιεί καλά την εφαρμογή της μπουκινγκ επειδή είναι καινούργιος. Επίσης ζητήσαμε αν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να μας φυλάξουν τα πράγματα για να έρθουμε να τα πάρουμε αργότερα αλλά μας είπαν πως μετά το τσεκ αουτ δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν τίποτα!
