About this house rental
Sea view, walking distance to the beach, contemporary house with spacious rooms and tasteful decor. Entrance with cloakroom and washbasin opening onto the living room with its fully equipped open-plan kitchen and island (refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker), dining area, lounge with fireplace facing large bay windows opening onto the terrace with sea view. Separate toilet. First bedroom, designed as a master suite with a queen-size bed, storage, sea view with access to the terrace, and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs: Mezzanine with TV and Blu-ray player opening onto the terrace with sea view. 2nd bedroom with two single beds (80cm) or one double bed (160cm), sea view, one storage drawer under the bed. 3rd bedroom with two single beds (80cm), sea view, storage drawer under the bed + additional storage, bathroom with toilet, separate shower. 4th bedroom with two single beds (80cm) or one double bed (160cm), sea view. 5th bedroom with two single beds (90cm) with large storage drawers under the beds.
Enclosed landscaped garden of approximately 500 m². Garden furniture.
Parking for a maximum of two cars on the gravel driveway leading to the house (U-turns are not possible; to leave, reverse only). There is also a public car park 100 meters away, to the right of the house.
For babies: travel cot, high chair, and potty.
PETS: YES (dogs only). End-of-stay cleaning included in the price.
To be paid one month before arrival: tourist tax (amount to be determined based on the number of people) and a security deposit of €1500.
