About this house rental
Come and enjoy your next holiday with family or friends in this charming house that can accommodate up to 10 people. You will appreciate its comfort as well as its outdoor spaces, with a large enclosed garden and a furnished terrace to make the most of the sunshine.
Equipped with a table tennis table as well as a barbecue, you will have plenty to entertain yourselves and share good meals throughout the summer. In winter, you can enjoy the fireplace to settle comfortably and warm in front of a good film.
Ideally located close to the beach and the harbour, this house is perfect for enjoying the setting and discovering the charming town of Arzon.
Upon arrival at this house, you will discover the main living room with a first seating area with a fireplace and television. Just behind it are the dining table and the kitchen open to the room. Fully equipped, it has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso. Next to it, you will find a second room with a sofa.
The house has 5 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: has a Queen Size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 2: on the first floor: has a Queen Size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 3: on the first floor: has a Queen Size bed (160/200) as well as a single bed (90/190) and a baby bed
Bedroom 4: on the first floor: has a Queen Size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 5: has 3 single beds (90/190)
You will have access to a bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor, and a second bathroom is located upstairs with a toilet. You will also find a hairdryer.
The house also has a garage equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a table and an iron. The ping pong table and the barbecue are located in the garage.
To park, 3 private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
