About this house rental
Cozy family home (250 m²) in a private gated community (quiet neighborhood). Very large, ground-level terrace facing south with a fenced-in, tree-lined garden and a swimming pool with a safety fence for young children (12 m by 7 m with steps, solar cover, and optional heating). First floor, terrace, and garden are accessible to guests with limited mobility. Parking. Wi-Fi and TV, high-quality bedding. Baby gear available (0–36 months). Elliptical trainer and weight bench available.
Arzon, a seaside resort on the Gulf of Morbihan with a deep-water marina. Close to Vannes (30 min, train station and bus access). The GR34 hiking trail is 2 min from the house at the entrance to the Port du Crouesty and across from the Petit Mont. Beach and coastal promenade 2 min away. Port-Navalo Beach is 5 minutes away; Fogeo Beach is 10 minutes away. Miramar Thalassotherapy Center. Many activities nearby (tennis, sailing club, scuba diving, horseback riding, golf…). Entertainment (concerts…), movie theater, and markets. Trips available to the islands (Belle-Île, etc.) and the Gulf of Morbihan. Visits to archaeological sites.
