About this house rental
Welcome to this brand new holiday home, carefully furnished and located in **Arzon on the Rhuys peninsula**, in a calm and relaxing environment. At **400 metres from the beach and 1 km from the port and town centre**, everything is easily accessible on foot or by bike. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to **7 travellers (6 adults and 1 child)**, the house has all the necessary facilities for a family or friends' stay. Its enclosed garden and terrace equipped with a **barbecue** will be perfect for making the most of the fine weather and outdoor meals.
Inside, you will discover a beautiful living space, opening onto the terrace through a large bay window. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher) and will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker as well as a Tassimo coffee maker are also available. You will be able to share your meals around the dining table or enjoy the outdoor table during the summer. In the evening, enjoy the sofa and television after a day of discovering the peninsula.
The house has four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - on the ground floor: a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200), television and private bathroom with hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 - upstairs: a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - upstairs: a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - upstairs: for a child, a single bed (90x190) and a changing table.
A shared bathroom with shower and hairdryer is located upstairs. Two independent toilets complete the accommodation.
For added comfort, you will also have access to a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot, a high chair, as well as an iron and an ironing board.
Finally, two vehicles can be easily parked in the courtyard, and a sheltered space is provided for storing your bicycles. A charging point is also available for an additional fee to be determined on-site by the owner.
*Works on the public road in front of the house are ongoing until 31 January. The property courtyard remains accessible for parking.
