Welcome to Arzon! This house for 7 people offers you a privileged location just a few metres on foot from the port and Fogeo beach, allowing you to enjoy the port atmosphere, views of the boats, walks, swimming and water sports sessions.
In addition to its location, it has an outdoor space with a garden and terrace, allowing you to enjoy breakfast and grilled skewers, accompanied by the sea air. From the garden, you will access the living area. Its cathedral lounge is most pleasant for a TV break or for chatting, if you go out on the balcony located there, you can also see the sea by leaning out. Beautifully decorated, it offers a soothing atmosphere. The dining area is an invitation to gather with family or friends around good dishes.
The kitchen, modern and bright, provides you with everything you need: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Here, you will find a spiral staircase. By descending, you will arrive at the ground floor where the first bedroom with a queen-size bed is located, offering an atmosphere conducive to sleep, as well as a bathroom and an independent toilet overlooking a pleasant mezzanine. Under the roof, on the top floor, you will find the last spacious bedroom with its three single beds and colourful atmosphere. You will be able to admire the sea view from its two windows.
For even more convenience, a high chair, a baby bed, a child's bed, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hairdryer, and a covered parking space are also available.
