Welcome to Arzon! Ideally located facing the ocean, this house offers an exceptional setting for your holiday on the Rhuys peninsula. You will appreciate its enclosed garden, its terrace with barbecue and its balcony, all three offering a superb view of the sea. Fully equipped, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 travellers, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The port, shops, restaurants and beaches are less than a kilometre away, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful, bright living area of approximately 45 m², open onto the terrace. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine. Share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or enjoy the outdoor table on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.
The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, arranged as follows:
