Cocoonr agency offers you this charming house to rent in Arzon, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, measuring 110 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travellers.
It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and hotel quality 4 linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and a bathroom with shower
-1 separate toilet
ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
- one bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190),
- one bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 children
- one bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- bathroom with shower
- 1 separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful wooden terrace with all the necessary garden furniture, 1 plancha and a petanque area.
The house is ideally located in Arzon, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
